All sales final - no returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact apparel@animecrossbones.com within 30 days.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We recommend washing all apparel before wearing to get rid of printing smell.

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printers use water-based inks, which can have a mild odor. Although the odor is generally not strong, it can be noticeable when you first receive a freshly printed shirt.

To eliminate the odor of DTG printed t-shirts:

Wash Them: Washing the shirts in cold water with a mild detergent and then allowing them to air dry can also help remove any residual odors. Avoid using strong or scented detergents.

Air Them Out: Simply letting the shirts air out in a well-ventilated area for a day or two can often help dissipate the odor.
